Hand-Pressed & Live Specials Items

We take pride in every hand-pressed design. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at barnandwillowboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Print-on-Demand Items

Items from our Print-on-Demand collection are made to order specifically for you and are therefore final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at barnandwillowboutique.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
